Rye Beach Bed and Breakfast maintains a smoke free environment.
Arrival is permitted after 2pm and departure is expected by 10am,
however these times may be changed by prior arrangement,
provided other bookings are not affected.
Guest Lounge
The large guest lounge is the perfect place to relax and
read, or listen to a selection of music on the stereo. For your
personal enjoyment feel free to bring your own CD’s.
Breakfast
Fully cooked
breakfasts are served in the conservatory at your own private
table. The conservatory has views of the manicured gardens, with
hopefully an opportunity to soak up lovely sunshine.
